Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refusal for lodging or use of our facilities.
We reserve the right to refuse entrance to the following persons: persons with tattoos, persons who are intoxicated, persons affiliated with organized crime syndicates, and person who may have a skin disease or other infectious disease. Regardless of the reason, if a person is discovered to be in violation of the terms and conditions listed above, they will be asked to leave the facilities. In this case, fees (including hot springs fees) which have already been paid will not be returned.
A smoking lounge is available under the stairs of the Sora Lounge.
Smoking is prohibited in all other areas. Please do not smoke inside of capsules or other areas.
Please do not take the following types of items inside of a capsule.
・Animals and all types of pets, items emitting unpleasant or strange odors, unreasonably large amounts of item, gunpowder or other volatile substances which are easily flammable or ignitable.
・Firearms, swords, knives and other items which are illegal to carry and which are deemed as threatening the safety of other guests.
Inside of capsules, please do not engage in gambling or other activities which disturb public morals.
Inside of capsules, please do not hum, whistle, speak in a loud voice, be noisy, or engage in other behavior which is a nuisance to other guests.
Please do not use sleeping pills or other pharmaceuticals which are a nuisance to other guests or to Yumoriza.
Any guest who creates a nuisance by engaging in any of the behaviors listed above or any other behavior which makes other guests uncomfortable will be banned from all areas of the facility.
If a guest damages, loses, or dirties structural elements, furniture, equipment, or other goods in the facility for any reason other than force majeure, that guest must pay an equivalent amount as compensation.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the facility, or have food or drinks delivered.
Please do not leave your personal belongings in hallways or any other common areas.
Personal items left at the front desk or other areas of the facility will be held until the end of business (9:00 AM).
In principle, lost or forgotten items will be held for one week. Also, items may be delivered to the police department at the discretion of our facility.
Cash and other valuables can be secured in the valuables lockers located next to the front desk on the 1st floor.
Please note that Yumoriza accepts absolutely no responsibility for loss or theft of valuables.
When using restaurants, spa treatment salons, or other associated facilities inside of Yumoriza, please be sure to take your payment band.
Direct payment in cash is not accepted. Please order using the barcode printed on the band and then pay all fees before leaving Yumoriza.
Please do not take guests who are not staying at Yumoriza into lodging zones of the facility.
